Deliverables
* Create and publish 2 to 4 engaging TikTok videos per week tailored to the cosmetics industry.
* Edit videos to optimize for TikTok format and audience engagement.
* Manage comments and direct messages, fostering a positive and responsive community.
* Monitor account statistics, visibility, and performance metrics to inform content strategy.
* Provide support in resolving account issues such as blocks, reports, or restrictions.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience managing professional TikTok accounts, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
* Strong understanding of the TikTok algorithm, platform features, and current trends.
* Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing and original content.
* Proficiency in video editing tools suitable for TikTok.
* Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
* Fluency in French is required.
