Main duties of the job
* Lead the design and construction elements of the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme (HHRP).
* Drive procurement strategies, ensuring best value for money.
* Oversee the integration of cutting-edge digital and sustainable design.
* Build and manage project teams, ensuring alignment with NHS and government regulations.

Essential criteria
* Professional knowledge acquired through degree, leadership/management qualification or equivalent experience
* PRINCE2 Practitioner Level
* HM Treasury Better Business case training
Desirable criteria
* Construction qualification
* Membership of relevant professional body or chartered status.
Experience
Essential criteria
* Significant experience within the Healthcare sector at senior manager level including responsibility for strategic projects and programmes of change
* Experience of leading and managing programmes, with considerable experience managing large capital schemes in the healthcare sector
* Experience of business case development for large or complex capital projects and of the work streams including Clinical Strategy, Workforce, IT and Estates
Desirable criteria
* Considerable project management experience of large capital schemes in the healthcare sector
* General working knowledge of NHS business case process and approvals.
