Overview of the Role
Architect role based in Winchester, working on bespoke private residential projects. You will be involved across all RIBA stages, contributing to design development, planning submissions, and technical delivery. The position requires strong technical capability, with opportunities to develop design input on high-quality new builds, refurbishments, and extensions within a collaborative studio.

The studio promotes collaboration and responsibility at all levels, with a structured approach to design quality and technical delivery, alongside ongoing training and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver projects across all RIBA stages with design and technical accuracy
* Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction packages
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
* Support and lead planning applications in line with UK requirements
* Produce compliant technical detailing to building regulations standards
* Attend site meetings and ensure construction aligns with design intent
Required Skills and Experience
* Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in UK practice
* Strong knowledge of UK planning systems and building regulations
* Proven experience in technical detailing for residential projectsProficiency in ArchiCAD or willingness to learn
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Ability to manage workload across multiple projects
