We’re looking for an Application Engineer to maintain and develop Office365 tools that utilise VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) while ensuring that roadmaps are in place to move the capabilities delivered through these tools to strategic and low code solutions.

We are looking for confident candidates with great facilitation skills who can help bring teams and stakeholders together, provide frameworks and common languages to help understand problems.
* Responsible for the maintenance, support & analysis for all UC (Universal Credit) and Working Age VBA and SQL (Structured Query Language) tools.
* Assisting tool owners to understand how to remove VBA from existing tools
* Preparing the tools for low-code, advising on business usage, suitability for Power Apps etc
* Working with UC feature teams to aid their understanding of how to bring the functionality of a specific tool into the build
* Implementing and maintaining project controls to demonstrate the health of the projects they are responsible for and react accordingly to the information gathered.
* Building and managing effective stakeholder relationships to shape the outcomes of a project, considering different individual needs, views, and ideas.
* Working closely with senior operational stakeholders to define and manage priorities across multiple projects at any one time.
* Updating senior leadership on the progress of ongoing projects in accordance with risk and dependency management methods.
* Providing helpful and accurate reporting to more senior project managers and/or governance boards. Actively managing change and governance for your projects, taking all cross-project impacts into account
