Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
* Answer incoming calls and manage phone etiquette with clarity and courtesy
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Maintain an organised front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible
* Handle administrative duties including filing, typing, and clerical tasks as needed
* Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for staff members
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation and correspondence
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks when required
* Support team members with various projects as needed
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong preference for candidates with administrative experience
* Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry processes
* Demonstrated clerical experience that showcases your ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
