Title: Care Assistant - Community Visits
Location: Cranbrook
Salary: £14 p/h - Enhanced rate on weekends and bank holidays

Responsibilities
* Companionship: spending quality time with your client, and being a friendly, familiar face.
* Home Help/Meal Preparation: assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, cooking simple meals or preparing ready meals.
* Medication Support: reminding or assisting with taking medications.
* Personal Hygiene: supporting with dressing, undressing, toileting and bathing.
* Getting Out and About: accompanying them to the shops, a café, garden centre, or for a walk.
Skills and Qualifications
* Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with clients in a friendly manner.
* Flexibility for alternative weekends.
* UK full driving licence and a reliable car.
