Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain various systems and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure the smooth operation of facilities while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, including working with logic controllers and schematics.
* Completing health & safety checks and meeting regulatory compliance checks
* Complete Gardening within the grounds to maintain good standards
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or clients.
* Completing painting and decorating within the services
Requirements
* Proven experience in a maintenance role with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and general day to day maintenance work.
* Recording and Documenting around compliance checks
* Strong customer service orientation with good communication skills in English.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities when required.
