Planning Officer We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planner to join a brilliant team in Bradford. The Planning Officer is responsible for scheduling visits and appointments and ensuring they are compliant with industry / company standards, customer service level agreements / expectations and KPI's. What you'll be doing
Contact clients to schedule appointments for inspectors to visit premises.
Allocate / plan jobs to achieve company goals and time limits.
Communicate jobs to inspectors in a timely manner.
Maintain the Master Planning Schedule.
Reschedule and document cancelled appointments
Co-rodinate with operatives, inspectros and other team members to ensure a timely and efficient service delivery.
What you'll need

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Competent user of Excel.
Computer literacy for data entry and the production of reports and schedules.
