Location: Suffolk
Salary: Circa GBP 50k plus (dependent on experience)
Role
An experienced Construction Solicitor or Legal Executive is sought to join a highly regarded Legal 500‑rated team handling a broad spectrum of construction‑related matters. The team manages all types of construction cases and collaborates closely with other departments to deliver expert, efficient advice on both contentious and non‑contentious matters. This varied role will require managing the full range of construction work, representing funders, developers, contractors and employers across both contentious and non‑contentious issues.
Candidate
The successful candidate will have experience handling a diverse caseload of construction matters, encompassing both contentious and non‑contentious work. They will bring strong technical expertise across all areas of construction law and be motivated by delivering high‑quality work while contributing to business development and helping expand the firm’s client base. Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to provide clear, practical advice to a wide range of clients is essential. Newly qualified solicitors are welcome, provided they have completed at least one seat in construction law.
