Purpose of Role
🌿 Live-In Carer – Lovely Lady Client in Liphook 🌿
We are looking for a warm, caring, and reliable live-in carer to support a lovely lady who lives in a peaceful gated development in Liphook.
đź•’ Schedule:
1. Every Sunday 9:00am to Monday 9:15pm (weekly)
đź’° Salary:
2. ÂŁ125 per day
Opportunities Available:
3. Daytime Care Assistants – supporting clients with daily living, personal care, and companionship.
4. Waking/Sleeping Night Care Assistants – providing attentive overnight care for clients who require additional support through the night.
Training & Development
All new Care Assistants will complete 2 days of mandatory training to prepare for their role. Throughout your employment, you will receive ongoing training and support, with opportunities to be assessed and signed off as competent in key care skills. We also provide specialised ongoing training, including dementia care, to help you continuously develop your skills and deliver the highest quality care.

Our client is a kind and engaging lady with a wonderful life story — she spent many years living in India, and she loves sharing her experiences and photos from her travels.

You’ll provide friendly and professional support, including:
9. Personal care and daily routines
10. Assistance with medication
11. Meal preparation and light cooking
12. Companionship and meaningful conversation
13. Encouragement to enjoy gentle activities and outings

14. Compassionate, patient, and respectful
15. Reliable and confident working independently
16. Experienced in supporting someone with sight impairment (helpful but not essential)
17. A good communicator with a genuine interest in people
Qualifications
18. Compassion & empathy: A warm, approachable personality with the ability to connect meaningfully with older people
19. Professionalism: A dedicated and responsible approach, with a genuine passion for delivering the highest quality of care
20. Communication skills: A positive outlook and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English
21. Eligibility: The right to work in the UK
22. Mobility: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel between client visits is required
