As a Practice Lead you will:
6. Input into the Operational / Strategic Planning
7. Execute parts of the regional business plan for the business unit (Practice) including: Go to Market
8. Sales & Marketing
9. Input and execution of regional Capacity planning - Maintain appropriate capacity for forecast demand
10. Responsibility for regional Scheduling / Managing of team utilisation
11. Regional operational responsibility for Quality management - maintaining fit for purpose quality assurance standards, practices and processes
12. People management including hiring, performance management and termination
13. Key vendor relationship management (Regional)
14. Pre sales - participation and coordination of resources within the practice (Regional)
15. Marketing support (Regional execution)Plan

What we’re looking for
17. Prior experience in a Practice Lead or Consulting role within a similar environment - managing all aspects of a services business including P&L
18. Demonstrated experience driving services in Insight’s technology solution offerings in Dynamics 365
19. Ability to drive sales, presales and new business development activities
20. Demonstrated experience in managing partners and high level stakeholders
21. Strong understanding and broad exposure across the Business platform landscape
22. Extensive team leadership and people management experience
23. Experience in mapping business needs to technology solutions
24. An understanding of consulting methodologies
25. Strong business and commercial acumen
