Production Line Leader
We are currently recruiting for a Production Line Leader to join a successful and growing manufacturing business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production professional to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a production line, ensuring products are manufactured and packed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the smooth operation of a designated production line
* Ensure production plans are achieved within agreed timescales
* Monitor product quality and packing standards
* Maintain compliance with Health & Safety procedures
* Ensure cleaning and housekeeping standards are consistently met
* Support other operational areas as required
* Work closely with colleagues to achieve production targets
About You
* Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or food production environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Computer literate and comfortable using production systems
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
