Learning & Development Manager | Nottingham
We're seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join a well-known hospitality group's People Team in Nottingham. This role involves more than just delivering training; it's about helping people grow, shaping careers, and creating a supportive culture.
What the role involves:
* Identifying training needs and designing effective programmes.
* Implementing and maintaining a company-wide learning platform.
* Managing induction and post-induction training for new starters.
* Supporting training during new restaurant openings and across the group.
* Collaborating with leaders to develop tailored development plans.
* Supporting and developing a small training team.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in L&D within hospitality, preferably across multiple sites.
* Comfort with learning systems and digital content creation.
* A coach and role model who leads with integrity.
* Organized, curious, and up-to-date with new L&D ideas.
* Training qualification or CIPD membership is a plus but not essential.
