What you’ll be doing
Generating New Business.
Effectively managing customers via the CRM.
Provide tailored quotations/proposals to potential customers.
Convert quotations into sales.
Ongoing customer relationship management.
Retain existing customers & upsell additional services/products.
What we’re looking for
Proven motivation and target-driven mindset, with resilience and strong objection-handling skills.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, confident in pitching and closing sales.
Well-organised and detail-oriented, able to manage CRM records and follow structured processes.
Ability to quickly develop and adapt product knowledge in a fast-paced, changing industry.
Proactive approach to customer retention and upselling, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
