The Candidate should then take it with them to interview as confirmation that an agreement has been granted.
An opportunity has arisen for motivated and flexible assistant administrators to work as part of a team to support the Staff Bank Service.
A working knowledge and experience of word processing, spreadsheets and database systems is necessary. Applicants should have an HNC in Business or Administration or have relevant administrative experience.
You will require to have excellent interpersonal relationship skills, an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work, with the ability to organise workload to meet the demands of the service.
The Staff Bank Service operates from 08:00 hrs – 20:00 hrs Monday to Sunday, the post holder will be required to work shifts during these times; including weekends and public holidays, and may be required to provide cover for other administrators as needed. This post is based in Carronbank House, Denny.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.

*As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
