This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and experienced Personal Assistant to provide proactive, high-quality administrative support to the Head of the Junior School and wider leadership team at one of Londons leading independent schools.
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Junior School, contributing to its effective organisation, operations and overall success. You will be responsible for managing diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing communications and supporting the planning and delivery of events, all while demonstrating a positive and flexible approach, anticipating needs and adapting to the changing priorities of a busy school environment.
This is a customer-focused role, demanding strong organisational, influencing and communication skills. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role is essential, along with experience of minute-taking, meeting coordination and database administration. Strong IT skills are also required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
