Recycling Plant Supervisor
Quest Employment are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our recycling plant team in Sharnbrook.

Role
* £14.50 p/h
* Temp-Perm position
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday (Additional hours may be required depending on business needs)
* 7:00am 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Daily production planning across both balers
* Monitoring KPIs and reporting downtime
* Organising and planning workload for site cleaners
* Carrying out yard inspections and ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained
* Supporting smooth day-to-day plant operations
* Supervising production activities and ensuring targets are met
* Leading and motivating the team on site
Requirements
* Previous supervisory experience within recycling, production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
* FLT licence preferred
* Experience in team management and production planning
* Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
* Strong organisational and communication xsngvjr skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
