About the Role:
At Aspire People, we work with a wide network of SEN schools across Northampton and the surrounding areas. You'll have the flexibility to choose the type of work that suits you-be it long-term roles, short-term supply, or day-to-day cover, or permanent roles.
What We're Looking For:
* UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Experience teaching in UK SEN schools (minimum 6 months)
* Knowledgeable about SEN and passionate about supporting pupils with SEN
* Strong behaviour management skills
* A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach
* Up-to-date knowledge of the secondary curriculum
