My client is seeking experienced Site Supervisors for multiple projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for on-site operations, ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile power projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, sustainability, environmental impact, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time while adhering to quality and safety regulations.
* Foster a collaborative working environment with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
* Implement Zero Harm initiatives and drive continuous improvement in SHEQ standards.
* Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to ensure a safe working environment.
* Monitor progress, address any site issues, and report to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, risk assessments, and method statements.
About You:
* Proven supervisory experience in Power Transmission & Distribution.
* Experience working on Overhead Line, Cabling, or Substation schemes up to 400kV.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and site teams effectively.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to site challenges.
* Able to work in fast-paced, complex environments and ensure smooth on-site operations.
