Finance Partner – Service Charges & Insurance Location: Merthyr Tydfil (Hybrid) Salary: £29,176 to £30,416*(Appointment at the bottom of the band) *Pay award pending Contract Type: Permanent Hours of work: Full time – 30 hours 4 Day Week Are you someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy in your work? If so, then this role could be for you! Naturally as a Finance Partner, you’ll embrace and embody the values and behaviours we hold in our tenant and employee owned mutual. Working in this specialist role, you’ll take full ownership of the financial administration for service charges & insurance. This could be requesting meter readings from other departments, following up with information for insurance purposes and collating data to ensure accurate recharges to our tenants. You will assist our Financial Operations Manager in the efficient and accurate preparation of all financial records and management information and will have experience in working in a finance account department or similar environment. If you have an eye for detail and the ability to plan and prioritise your workload to deliver on the differing prioritise, then we want to hear from you. Good communication skills are essential for this post as you will be working with teams across the organisation and with our tenants. Whilst we will train you on our independent finance systems, you will need to come with advanced excel skills to succeed in this role. Whilst an AAT qualification is desirable, it is not essential.
