Store Manager – Luxury Multi-Brand | Soho, London
£40–50k OTE + Exceptional Commission
We’re recruiting a high-calibre Store Manager for a leading luxury multi-brand boutique in Soho.
This is a flagship role in a fast-paced, fashion-led environment with designer and contemporary brands and serious earning potential.
You’ll lead:
• A close-knit team of 5
• High-touch client experience & advanced clienteling
• Daily KPIs, trading & performance
• Store standards, stock & operations
We’re looking for:
• Proven Store / Floor Manager from luxury, premium or multi-brand fashion
• Commercial, driven, hands-on leader
• Strong with KPIs, people management & customer experience
