* Mastering the Machinery: Operating production equipment safely and efficiently.
* Crafting Quality: Carefully following recipes and guidelines to ensure every batch is perfect.
* Quality Control: Monitoring products and performing regular checks to maintain high standards.
* The Finishing Touch: Packaging finished products ready for the customer.
* Maintaining Excellence: Ensuring a clean, safe, and productive workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
o Reliability: You’re someone who shows up and gets the job done.
o Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long periods and handling repetitive, manual tasks.
o Flexibility: Happy to work rotating shifts (and occasional weekends/bank holidays if the business needs it!).
o Experience: Previous food production experience is a bonus, but if you have the right attitude, we want to hear from you!
