About the role Our client is seeking a proactive, organised Events & Marketing Administrator to join their team in a dynamic admin and events support role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with business administration experience who wants to expand into events and project coordination. You’ll play a key role in supporting everything from internal and external meetings to workshops, networking sessions, and larger events, while managing admin tasks, communications, and digital content. Duties of the Events & Marketing Administrator Provide administrative support across the organisation, including managing records, systems, correspondence and documentation. Assist with the planning and coordination of meetings, events and activities, managing logistics and supporting internal and external collaboration. Maintain and update digital content across systems, platforms and websites, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organisational policies. Support budget tracking, record keeping and reporting as required. Build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, clients and external partners. Contribute to process improvements and support organisational initiatives using digital tools and platforms. Key Skills Experience in business administration, marketing support or similar roles. Experience in events is desirable but not essential. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external contacts. Detail oriented, proactive and able to follow procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement. Comfortable using digital tools, systems, and software to manage tasks, records and communications. Awareness of administrative best practices, data management and basic budget monitoring. Professional, adaptable and keen to learn and develop new skills. Full UK driving licence and access to own transport. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary of £26,500 with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a discretionary bonus.
