We have an opportunity for a Stock & Systems Team Manager to join our Distribution Centre based in Runcorn.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.
Main responsibilities:
* Responsible for the efficient and accurate management of the site's inventory.
* Ensure the team is aware of departmental KPIs and targets; audit the team's PI process and filing when necessary.
* Manage the team to allocate resources effectively for project work and holiday cover.
* Train and develop the team to adopt a multi-skilled approach across all shifts.
* Collaborate with the Stock & Systems Manager to achieve maximum customer satisfaction in line with site KPIs.
* Ensure weekly resolution of UKG Stock colleague discrepancies before the pay run.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Ensure the team meets daily expectations.
* Respond promptly to internal and external stock queries.
* Report and log operational issues from other warehouse departments with supporting evidence.
* Maintain real-time stock inventory according to the PI process and analyze product layout optimizations.
* Support operations and other departments to resolve operational issues.
* Action all IWT requests as required.
