We're looking for a detail-oriented and personable Customer Service Representative to join a friendly & busy team in the heart of Surrey.
What you'll be doing:
• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and online with accuracy and warmth
• Administering accounts including completions, redemptions, payments & product transfers
• Supporting savings customers with account openings, amendments, and ISA transfers
• Assisting with internet account procedures and secure messaging
• Pitching in across departments including Loans Underwriting and New Business
What you'll bring:
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal & listening
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A curious, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to multitask and switch between admin and customer-facing duties
• IT literacy and a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments (a bonus)
