About The Role
CUSTOMER SERVICES - IT’S A PEOPLE THING
Are you someone who can start a conversation in an empty room? One of those people who always manages to get things done, no matter how much there is to do? If yes, there’s a place in our Customer Service team for you.
It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be doing one of the most important jobs in our business—looking after our customers. This involves building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do it better.
In this role, you'll be based at one of our major customers’ offices, responsible for delivering a top-tier service while leveraging product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your days will include communicating via phone, email, and website requests, managing orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, and building relationships with regular customers. You’ll need to think on your feet and use your initiative to ensure we provide the best customer experience and continuously improve our service.
This is a great opportunity for individuals from a customer service background, ideally with industry experience, who want to see the tangible impact of their work in a hands-on, operational, service-focused environment.
