SEMH Teacher | The Role:
* Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching for pupils with SEMH needs.
* Support pupils emotional regulation, engagement, and academic progress.
* Collaborate with the pastoral, SEN, and leadership teams to ensure consistent and effective interventions.
* Contribute to the development and expansion of the SEMH provision, influencing curriculum design and classroom strategies.
* Be an ambassador for inclusive, innovative practice within a mainstream school.
