Team Structure:
Our university operates three teams of Chefs & Kitchen Porters, each reporting to a Head Chef overseeing our Hotel, Cafes, Bars, Event Catering, and Dining Halls. Staff movement between teams supports professional development.
Candidate Requirements:
* Ability to follow all regulations and legislation, including fire procedures, COSHH, and accident protocols.
* Basic food safety knowledge.
* Good verbal communication skills.
* Problem recognition and resolution skills.
* Ability to remain cheerful and calm under pressure.
Interviews will be held at the Whiteknights campus, with the location confirmed upon interview appointment.
