We currently have a position available for a suitably experienced Fleet/Stores Administrator based in our Bibra Lake office.

Our company is in need of a dedicated Fleet/Stores Administrator to join our project-based team. Your role will be diverse, including a range of administration duties.

You will report to the Fleet Coordinator, providing high-quality administrative support to DTMT projects and service operations.

Duties will include:

1. Administrate the day-to-day activities of the fleet division and staff
2. Accurately and regularly update and maintain all plant and equipment registers
3. Coordinate the certification and servicing of plant and equipment
4. Maintain and coordinate relevant registrations associated with the fleet
5. Raise purchase orders as required for plant and equipment, store, and project store consumables
6. Maintain and update plant and equipment databases
7. Keep accurate records and issue fuel pins/tags
8. Update timesheets of all site personnel in the division daily for management authorization
9. Communicate regularly with Managers, Project Managers, Supervisors, and other teams
10. Administer supply requisitions to support site-based teams
11. Ensure all manager requests are carried out efficiently and promptly
12. Manage roster schedules
13. Perform other duties as directed by your manager

The successful applicant will possess:

* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar administration role
