The Role
You’ll maintain, improve, and support our SuccessFactors platform and other HR technologies, acting as a key link between HR and IT.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate HRIS data and system configurations
* Support HR teams and users with SuccessFactors issues
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
* Collaborate with IT and vendors on upgrades and enhancements
* Create and maintain system documentation and training materials
* Analyse HR data and provide insights for stakeholders
* Promote HR system best practices across the organisation
About You
* Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Recruitment)
* Experience with additional modules like Learning, Compensation, Performance & Goals, ECP, or Time Off
* Background in HR operations or IT supporting HR systems
* Familiarity with integrated payroll systems
* Strong Excel and data analysis skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Understanding of HR policies and workforce processes
