A growing and well-respected construction business is seeking a proactive and experienced QS to join their expanding team, working across a diverse range ofmercial and Civil Engineering projects.About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work across North Wales and into Cheshire. You’ll be working on a variety ofmercial build and Civils projects, supporting themercial team from tender stage through to final accountProjects typically include:
1. Local Authority buildings
2. Educational andmercial developments
3. Civil engineering works
Key Responsibilities:
4. Prepare and manage project budgets, valuations, and cost reports
5. Administer contracts (NEC & JCT) and manage subcontractor packages
6. Support tendering and procurement processes
7. Monitor project progress and financial performance
8. Liaise with clients, site teams, and stakeholders to ensuremercial success
What We’re Looking For:
9. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction (build and/or civils)
10. Strong working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts (NEC a bonus)
11. Excellentmercial acumen and negotiation skills
12. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
13. You will live in North Wales, and canmit to the dailymute to their office, and sites in Gywnedd, Conwy & Anglesey
