This is a standalone role where your coordination and admin skills will shine. You'll be supporting a small, close-knit team while playing a key role in the wider business.
Location: Birchwood, Warrington
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm - with an early finish on Friday! (flexible where required)
Hybrid working - Friday WFH
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 - dependent on candidate experience
Daily Duties Include:
Own and manage responsibilities supporting multiple recruitment projects across various sectors
Track budgets, monitor risks, and manage project assets
Schedule interviews, meetings, and events with candidates and clients
Maintain accurate records and databases to track progress
Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and candidates
Support the creation of project plans and timelines
What You'll Bring:
Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive mindset
Confident communicator - both written and verbal
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a recruitment, sales environment within a coordination or administration role
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others succeed
Team player with initiative and independence
