About the Role
Reporting into the National Land Disposals Manager, the successful Land Disposals Surveyor will be working on one of the largest land portfolios in the UK and you will develop your capabilities across numerous sectors including residential, commercial, natural capital and leisure.
You will work as part of an experienced, professional Land Development team (comprising Chartered Surveyors and Town Planners). You will contribute to team & company wide projects and deliver significant headline profit to meet annual financial targets.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you as the successful Land Disposals Surveyor will be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive)
1. Assisting with the disposal of development land to housebuilders, developers and individuals across the country. This is across a diverse national land portfolio of around 110,000 acres
2. Assisting with the management and development of the land and buildings property portfolio, pre and post operational use, to drive best value from Tarmacs real estate whilst working in close liaison with Development Managers
3. Working closely with external managing agents, land and property owners developers, tenants, consultants, and Planning Authorities
