What you'll be doing
As a Contracts Engineer, you will:
* Manage internal resources and subcontractors
* Ensure that the works are constructed in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, and Project Management Plan
* Manage site dimensional control, ensuring that contractors have the facilities for setting out of the works
* Produce and review construction methods statements to ensure that the works are constructed efficiently and safely
* Produce all site documentation for delivery of the works, including PMP, PVPMP, ITP, Construction Phase Management Plan, etc.
* Develop and work to programmes, measuring progress and productivity outputs
* Understand and apply procedures and processes detailed in the project Health, Safety, and Environmental plans, promoting a safe working culture.
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
* Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent (preferable)
* Experience in delivery of structural repair/specialist repair projects
* Good QC/QA experience
* Previous experience working on infrastructure schemes on concrete structures
* Ability to organize works and manage multiple teams efficiently
