The Role: Varied, High-Quality Employment Work As an Employment Solicitor, you will manage a broad caseload across both contentious and non-contentious matters, while supporting senior lawyers on more complex instructions. Key responsibilities include: Advising on Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing Supporting on TUPE, restructures, and redundancy processes Drafting and advising on employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements Providing day-to-day HR advisory support to employer clients Assisting with restrictive covenant and senior executive matters Supporting senior colleagues on complex, high-value disputes Building and maintaining strong client relationships Contributing to seminars, workshops, and business development initiatives Team & Environment You will join a collaborative Surrey-based Employment team working closely with the wider business services division.
