Job Description
We’re looking for a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Advisory Analyst to join our Standards & Advisory team, a centre of excellence that shapes how we manage strategic supplier relationships across the business.
This is more than a support role: you’ll act as an internal consultant and trusted advisor, enabling change and influencing strategic decisions that strengthen our supplier partnerships. You’ll work autonomously, providing expert guidance and driving best practices that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as a change enabler, helping embed SRM principles and frameworks across the organisation
* Advising SRMs and senior stakeholders on governance, performance, and strategic supplier engagement
* Supporting the development and implementation of SRM policies, tools, and processes
* Promoting best practices through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing
* Enhancing communication and collaboration between SRM teams and wider business units
* Maintaining accurate data and delivering timely, insightful reporting to inform decision-making
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the SRM function
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
* Understanding of SRM and third-party risk management principles
* Experience in supplier management, procurement advisory, or centre of excellence roles
* Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and senior stakeholders
* Confidence to work autonomously and make informed recommendations
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Awareness of the financial services regulatory environment
* A proactive mindset with a passion for enabling change and improving processes
* Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in procurement or supplier management
