Role
Warehouse Operative at Puratos’ Buckingham site. You will be part of a newly expanded operation, responsible for the safe handling, accurate assembly, and quality control of all raw materials and customer orders from goods receipt to dispatch.
What you will do
* Pick and Pack with Precision – Ensure customer orders and production transfers are picked accurately and on time, so every delivery leaves our site complete, correct, and on schedule.
* Own the Goods-In Process – Receive and process incoming goods efficiently, ensuring they meet quality standards and are recorded in SAP with all the right documentation.
* Stock Control – Maintain accurate inventory by following FIFO principles, investigating discrepancies, and supporting regular stock counts.
* Cleanliness and Safety – Maintain high standards of housekeeping and carry out daily equipment checks to keep the workplace safe and efficient.
* Waste Management – Ensure all waste and recycling is handled promptly and correctly, supporting sustainability goals.
* Inventory Excellence – Assist with quarterly and year-end inventory counts and reporting.
* Quality and Compliance – Follow Quality, HACCP, and TACCP systems to ensure products meet food safety and hygiene standards.
* Safety-First Culture – Adhere to Health & Safety policies and current legislation.
