* Standout operators from quality‑led backgrounds, including GM, Deputy GM, or strong AGM experience
* Full understanding of structure, processes, and procedures in high-volume establishments
* Excellent financial acumen with the ability to analyse P and L
* People-focused mentoring, coaching, and developing teams for continued success
* Experience with recruitment and HR issues
* Strong product knowledge
* Able to deliver a personal touch to the guest experience
