About the role:
* The Youth Worker will support children and young people with SEN on a one-to-one basis.
* Build strong rapport with students and support with their complex medical needs.
* Follow the guidance of the teacher but use own initiative to help students thrive.
* Working 30–37 hours per week, term-time only.
