Key Responsibilities
* Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times.
* Act as a role model by demonstrating a positive attitude, commitment to product knowledge, and excellent customer service that creates lasting impressions.
* Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, drive the store’s success, and support local marketing efforts as an ambassador.
* Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
* Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and inventory management.
* Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Demonstrated retail sales success experience.
* Experience in a customer‑facing role.
* Supervisory experience preferred, but not essential.
* Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
* Flexible schedule with availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
* Passion for the brands and brand lifestyles.
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Commitment to performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
