A global organisation offering highly flexible working arrangements is seeking to recruit a Financial Accountant to support the growth of its finance function. This role will strengthen the Northern Ireland based team and report directly to a Senior Manager. The successful candidate will play an important role in driving financial performance across several international entities, delivering accurate reporting, meaningful analysis, and contributing to the month-end close process. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations. Analyse financial performance and investigate variances. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and planning. Partner with teams to provide financial insight. Manage intercompany accounting and international reporting. Liaise with external providers on payroll, tax, and accounting. Contribute to process improvements and stronger controls. About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or commercial finance roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present clear insights. Excellent communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
