About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable administrative professional provide administration support to the Projects Team and where applicable the senior management team for Commercial Projects for a B2B client. You will work across Microsoft packages, Sage 200 and some of our internal systems to ensure the smooth running of the projects department. You will also support team members with larger projects, providing administration and liaison support
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the project team in all administration relating to inputting orders.
2. Review and produce the agenda for the weekly meeting and minute action points for continuous review.
3. Review the Projects mailbox, assign emails to the relevant team members or action where possible, ensuring the emails are allocated and will chase up any that are not actioned.
4. Complete and update the projects tracker (Excel) with key information such as important dates, main contacts and progress updates.
5. Creation of products, sales orders and purchase orders on Sage.
6. Update the internal CRM with sales tasks and opportunities daily and create weekly reports of outstanding tasks.
What We’re Looking For
7. Proven experience in an administration role.
8. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Competent in Microsoft Office.
11. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
12. Experience with Sage 200 is highly desirable.
