Your Role:
* Lead and develop architectural designs, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met
* Conduct site surveys and field reviews to ensure compliance with construction documents
* Prepare design reports, drawings, and models following company standards
* Collaborate with and support project team members
* Report progress and updates to directors
What You’ll Need:
* ARB registered with experience managing projects and teams of up to 6
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
* Solid technical design and delivery experience
* Previous MOD project experience (desirable) or experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, or residential projects
* A car and valid driver’s licence
* Based within 50 miles of Peterborough for site visits
