We are looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous Exams Officer to join our dynamic team in Lewisham, Greater London. Role Overview: As the Exams Officer, you will ensure the effective and compliant administration, scheduling, and recording of all college examinations. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and organisation of our examination procedures.
Location: Conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from St Johns train station! 🚆
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Exam period - Unknown at this stage.
Hours/Days: 9-4:45pm, Monday to Friday
What You'll Do:
Accurately register and monitor students for exams and qualifications
Schedule and ensure sufficient exam resources, including invigilation
Prepare and communicate exam timetables to relevant parties on time
Store, prepare, and issue exam materials in compliance with regulations
Administer and prepare examination support for students as needed
Deliver invigilation training and ensure compliance during exams
Keep up-to-date with awarding organisation regulations and communicate changes to staff
Maintain accurate student exam records for audits and future reference
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Proficiency in IT, including spreadsheets and word processing
Previous experience in customer service is essential
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work with limited supervisionPersonal Qualities:
