Windsor Forest College Group - Apprentice Business Services Administrator
Windsor Forest College Group is seeking an Apprentice Business Services Administrator to join our Apprenticeships team at the Berkshire College of Agriculture campus on an 18-month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time (37 hours per week) and primarily based at the BCA Campus, with occasional travel to our Slough and Langley campuses.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day operation and administration of the Business Development Team.
* Ensure successful Apprenticeship enrolments and provide administrative support.
* Process apprenticeship applications, monitor compliance checks, and create evidence packs for new starters.
* Handle telephone and email enquiries, maintain the college CRM, and support event planning.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Grade C/4 at GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent. Experience in data entry and administration is desirable. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, IT proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet), flexibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
