Arcus FM are looking for a Project Manager to join our Minor Works team. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves managing multiple projects across areas such as strategic change, systems implementation, and facilities management.
What You'll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage projects from initiation through to completion
2. Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, and timelines
3. Develop project proposals and business cases
4. Monitor project progress and manage risks and issues
5. Coordinate and manage third-party suppliers
6. Maintain project documentation and reporting
7. Establish project governance and provide regular updates to stakeholders
8. Manage project budgets and ensure delivery of expected business benefits
What We're Looking For
About You:
9. 2–3 years’ experience working in project environments
10. Experience managing multiple projects or supporting project delivery
11. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
12. Ability to manage budgets, risks, and timelines
13. Experience working with third-party suppliers
14. Experience in facilities management or similar industry is desirable
15. Experience implementing workflow or scheduling systems is beneficial
Qualifications (Desirable):
16. APM, PRINCE2, or PMI certification
17. Degree or qualification related to Project Management

18. Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum
19. Car allowance: £5,549 per annum
