Responsibilities
* Supporting product compliance across UK and EU markets
* Assisting with identifying relevant legislation and standards
* Helping prepare and maintain technical documentation and Declarations of Conformity
* Reviewing supplier documentation and test reports, flagging any issues Checking product labelling, safety warnings, and instructions meet requirements
* Liaising with suppliers to gather compliance documentation
* Working with Buying and Product teams to consider compliance early in development
* Supporting responses to compliance-related queries from marketplaces or regulators
* Maintaining accurate records and helping improve internal processes
Qualifications
* Some experience or interest in product compliance, safety, quality, or similar areas
* Basic understanding of UK/EU product safety legislation (or willingness to learn)
* Good attention to detail and organisation
* Proactive, with a willingness to learn and get stuck in
* Clear communication skills and ability to manage workload with support
