Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our flagship store. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales performance, manage store operations, and represent the values of sustainable luxury.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of daily store operations.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and luxury retail experiences.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Recruit, train, motivate, and develop retail staff.
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
* Manage inventory, stock control, and loss prevention procedures.
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
* Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and in‑store events.
* Provide regular sales and performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
* Experience within luxury fashion, accessories, or premium retail preferred.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Passion for sustainability, innovation, and ethical fashion.
* Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
* Proficiency in POS systems and retail reporting tools.
