We are currently recruiting for an M&A Associate to join our growing team, focusing on the Legal and Accountancy Practice sector.
Within this role you would play a pivotal part of our growth and presence in the legal and accountancy market, working closely with our well-established consultants, recruitment teams, and excellent client network.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
Role Responsibilities but are not limited to:
1. Administration of our CRM system, Salesforce. Note taking, adding contacts, adding companies, updating details, management of distribution lists
2. Market Mapping and creating hotlists
3. Business Development calls, with view to book in calls/meetings for consultants
4. Co-ordinate the collection and sharing of information from clients for transaction purposes
5. Curating of client marketing communications
6. Handle client queries
7. Co-ordinate follow ups with leads or clients
8. Liaising with clients ensuring information is delivered on time, as well as time keeping on overall process communication
