We’re on the lookout for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our dedicated team and support the delivery of high-quality care through efficient administrative and financial operations within a Large Luxury Care Home. What You'll Do: • Deliver administrative and financial support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations • Be the warm welcome all visitors receive, and residents look forward to • Maintain and audit internal systems • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support admitting new residents, staff onboarding, and compliance • Help safeguard the wellbeing of Park View's residents through your contributions to back-office and front-of-house excellence • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations What You Bring: • Experience in a similar administrative role • Strong IT, communication, and problem-solving skills • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • A proactive, values-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement • Knowledge of social care, or experience within a care setting (desirable but not essential) At Park View, you'll be part of a supportive, inclusive team focused on delivering person-centred care, and that includes supporting our staff with opportunities for growth and development.
